working hard...

Last week when Linda went to auction my mom watched the kids and I stopped by her house and picked up Abigail -- who went in to work at the shop with me.

It was kinda cold and rainy so we stopped by McDonalds on the way to get her some fries and a drink, then we spent some time opening boxes (notice how Abby is lounging on the chairs with her feet up helping me open boxes, if you look hard you can see the box with all its papers all over the floor), she was ready to leave at about 3 -- until I convinced her to walk across the street to the Leesburg Vintner to get some chocolate (she put on Grannie's raincoat :) to stay dry), I got about another hour out of her and then she was really ready to leave!
